As we move into the next stage, the following updates highlight the current status and ongoing efforts:
- Percentage of construction works being completed at end of June 2025 is 22.79%
- Retention system and foundations complete
- Civil works complete
- Basement level 3 slab complete
- Basement level 3 Pour 2 and basement level 2 Pour 1 is now complete, including precast panel erection to B3 with Formwork currently being erected for Basement Level 2 Pour 2.
Next Three Months
We expect to achieve several key milestones scheduled for completion in Q3 2025:
- Concrete structure Level 2 suspended slab complete
- Formwork and back propping stripped to basement levels 1, 2 & 3
- Blockworks walls complete to basement levels 1, 2 & 3
- Services Rough-In to Basement Levels 2 & 3 complete and services rough-in to basement level 1 underway.
