- Basement level 1 formwork stripped, backpropping removed, blockwork constructed and services rough-in underway
- Ground floor formwork fully stripped and backpropping removed
- Ground floor setout of walls underway in preparation for framing, services rough-in and window installation about to commence
- Level 1 formwork fully stripped and backpropped
- Level 2 and 3 concrete pours complete and precast walls and columns erected
- Level 4 formwork erected
